We are a dedicated team and our experienced asbestos surveyors and analysts are on hand to provide UKAS accredited asbestos surveys, air testing, bulk analysis, asbestos consultancy and training courses.

UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025 for undertaking all types of asbestos inspections, air monitoring and analysis (excluding water absorption & soil analysis), we enjoy a proven track record for fast and cost-effective results. With the expertise to manage all levels of asbestos projects on your behalf, including removal and disposal, we will assist in ensuring you conform to asbestos regulations and requirements.

We are accredited & qualified

We are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17020 for all types of asbestos surveys and ISO/IEC 17025 for asbestos sample analysis and air monitoring. Our surveyors hold the P402 as a minimum standard, whilst our asbestos laboratory staff hold the P401 as a minimum and our air monitoring staff the P403 and P404 as a minimum.

In addition to this, we are also members of Constructionline and ATAC and are certified by SMAS and CHAS. Our surveyors, as well as their industry-specific training also hold a variety of other training, including CSCS; IOSH Managing Safely; IPAF; PASMA; First Aid at Work; Manual Handling; Working at Height; and confined space training.

At Core Surveys, we obtain all accreditations and certifications necessary to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients, and we provide our staff with all relevant training to ensure their safety and that of our clients, at all times, whilst at the same time providing a cost-effective asbestos solution all under one roof.

Our asbestos consultants have extensive experience and a genuine passion for the industry, whilst we provide all of our asbestos services under one roof.

Our experience enables us to deal with the most complex of asbestos surveys and portfolios and by providing both surveys and sample analysis, as well as air monitoring, it means we can respond quickly without needing the involvement of third parties, particularly in the case of emergency situations when a quick turnaround of sample results or air monitoring is required.

We have offices in the South of England and South Wales and offer a nationwide service. Our clients range from homeowners requiring a single residential asbestos survey, to large national companies or councils, requiring several thousand commercial surveys. Our team of asbestos surveyors, air monitoring analysts, laboratory analysts and project staff treat every client with the same care and attention to detail.

We are used to working with those who know the ins and outs of the industry as well as those who have never come across asbestos before.
