These companies work on behalf of large organisations from NHS Trusts to Councils and Housing Associations and our surveys have included the surveying of entire hospitals through to projects consisting of 5,000+ residential properties prior to kitchen and bathroom replacements.
Due to the nature and scale of these projects excellent communication and organisation is required, which is where our experienced Project Coordinators come in. This is particularly important for our projects involving Councils and Housing Associations, where it is often our responsibility to contact and liaise with significant numbers of tenants to book in surveys and make our way through large-scale programmes, delivering survey reports in an efficient and timely manner so that the refurbishment works can take place without delay. These surveys may include the whole property, but more often than not will be concentrating on specific areas of the property, including bathroom and kitchen replacement or the replacement of the windows. Our surveyors are also sensitive to the fact that asbestos is an emotive issue and need to reassure tenants of the reasons why the survey is being undertaken and that they should not be unduly concerned.
