UKATA Asbestos Awareness Training (available in-person and online)
Who is it for?
This course is for anyone who manages or works on the fabric of buildings built prior to the year 2000, including anything from basic maintenance to large scale refurbishment. Workers at both operative and supervisor levels that require asbestos awareness training have been identified by the HSE as; general maintenance staff, electricians, plumbers, gas fitters, painters and decorators, joiners, plasterers, demolition workers, construction workers, roofers, heating and ventilation engineers, telecommunication engineers, burglar and fire alarm installers, computer installers, architects, building surveyors, shop fitters and other such professionals.
Upon completion
Upon completion delegates will receive a certificate of attendance bearing the UKATA logo.
Due to the examination requirements delegates are required to complete the course in full. Those arriving after the start time will not be allowed to complete the course.
This course meets the training requirements of Regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Asbestos Management Training (available in-person and online)
Who is it for?
This course is suited to those who require an understanding of the requirements when managing asbestos, those fulfilling the roll of Duty Holder, and for project managers dealing with refurbishment where asbestos may be present. After completing the UKATA Asbestos Awareness syllabus the management training begins by developing a good understanding of the key pieces of legislation. The remainder of the course will follow the asbestos management process, from evaluating pre-construction information and survey reports, through the removal and remediation process, to updating asbestos management plans. This will equip delegates with the knowledge to ensure projects are completed in a safe and compliant manner and to ensure best value is achieved from service providers.
The course can be adapted where there are specific client requirements and where the course needs to relate to a client’s sites/buildings.
Upon completion
Upon completion delegates will receive a certificate of attendance bearing the UKATA logo for the Asbestos Awareness Training and a certificate provided by ADM Training Ltd for the Asbestos Management Training.

Pricing is provided per session, not per delegate. The full session cost still applies even if fewer delegates attend than originally agreed.
