We currently have vacancies for qualified and experienced asbestos surveyors at both the South East office and the South Wales office.
Salaries range from £25k-£35k depending on qualifications and level of experience. A company car will be supplied for surveyors and a van for analysts.
Requirements
- P402 or equivalent as a minimum
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate
- Possess GCSE grades C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
- The ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Excellent work ethic
- Be able to work out of hours as and when required and be willing to travel nationwide as required
Experience Required
Ideally, they will have worked for UKAS-accredited companies and have a wide range of experience in domestic, commercial and industrial premises undertaking Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys. Experience using Alpha Tracker or similar surveying software is preferable, although not essential if they are able to learn systems relatively quickly.

Our surveyors hold the P402 as a minimum standard, whilst our asbestos laboratory staff hold the P401 as a minimum and our air monitoring staff the P403 and P404 as a minimum.
In addition to this, we are also members of Constructionline and ATAC and are certified by SMAS and CHAS. Our surveyors, as well as their industry-specific training also hold a variety of other training, including CSCS; IOSH Managing Safely; IPAF; PASMA; First Aid at Work; Manual Handling; Working at Height; and confined space training.
