Water Management System

The aim of the Core Surveys Ltd water management systems is to provide a guidance document and template for recording all the information relating to legionella control.  This document is more than a standard water log book that is used to record data, but is a vital tool in the management process which along with the legionella risk assessment could be audited at any time by an external authority. 

Typically the water management system will include the following sections:

Site attendance log

Contact information including emergency contacts

Guidance for using the water management system

Site specific task list

Templates for recording each task

Contingencies in case there is a loss of control

COSHH information

Clean and chlorination certificates

Training certificates

Defect log
