Core Surveys Ltd was set up in July 2004 by Emma Corfield & Simon Evans to meet the demand for independent and experienced asbestos consultancy services in the UK. Over the past few years we have worked tirelessly to gain an excellent reputation for quality, flexibility and a bespoke approach to all the services we provide, ensuring all our clients receive a first class service and are happy to offer referrals.

Since the companies incorporation we have developed expertise in other areas by recruiting experienced professionals in the fields of Legionella consultancy and risk assessment, Fire Risk Assessment and general building safety.

All our surveyors hold the BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) Certificates in Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos P402 Qualification and the CIEH foundation certificate in health and safety.

We are able to operate nationwide and currently have offices based in Brighton, East Sussex and Abergavenny, South Wales.

We hold full professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance certificates.

Core Surveys is a member of the Buy with Confidence scheme, Sussex Enterprise and the Federation of Small Businesses.
